Is there a way to back up or save the information that I put in the application?

There is a lot of important information that you enter into GrainBridge, and the application generates some very important figures and reports. The numbers shown in your GrainBridge account will change daily with the markets. However, you may want to save the numbers or information from certain dates throughout the year. Or, perhaps you want to save a copy of all of your expenses from a year, buyers for a certain crop, etc. Whatever the case may be, you can save GrainBridge data by running a Risk Management or Plan Report, and then Exporting it to a PDF:

You will want to run a type of report (risk management or plan) based off what information you would like to save:

The Risk Management Report provides a summary of your selected crop and livestock profiles. These summaries include a comprehensive revenue summary that includes your targets and goals and shows how your actual production compared to  your targets. This also includes more detailed breakdowns of your operation's performance on cash sales, futures, and options.
Risk Management reports allow you to pick and choose which particular profiles you would like to include in the report.

The Plan Reports provide a summary of your entire operation's Plan that you created for this crop year.
While the Risk Management report shows how your actual revenues stacked up against your set target goals, the Plan Report provides a summary of your Plan that generated those targets. These include your expenses, incomes, profit goals, breakevens, and target goals.
The Plan Report is not run on individual profiles; it is on your whole Plan.
