Understanding the Offer Deck

Last Updated: Jan 07, 2015 02:51PM CST

In the Offer Deck, there are four main tabs under which you manage your offers: Active, Requests, Accepted, and Inactive. These are located across the top of your Offer Deck screen.
Active offers have been added by you, the merchandiser, or have been sent by the client and acknowledged by the merchandiser.
Requests are new offers or requests to edit an offer that are sent by a client to you. These will remain as requests until the merchandiser accepts or denies these.
Accepted offers are offers that have been accepted by the Merchandiser and will be filled.

Inactive offers are no longer active because of being cancelled, expired, or denied.

New Offers

The table below details the different actions that can be taken on new offers, the status that action will result in, and the tab under which that offer will be located after the action.
Offers can either be added by the merchandiser, or sent by the seller.

New offers and change requests sent by the client will show under Requests, and there will be a notification next to the Requests tab when the merchandiser has new offers.
These offers will stay in Requests until the merchandiser takes action. To take action on a request, check the small box to the left of the offer, then click Action above, and choose whether you would like to Acknowledge, Accept, or Deny that offer.

Acknowledging an offer means it was received by the merchandiser and will go in the Active offers list until its price is reached.
Accepting an offer means that you will fill that offer, regardless of price.
Denying an offer will move that offer to your Inactive list.

Editing and Cancelling Requests

To edit an offer that the merchandiser entered, click View next to the offer you would like to change.

The seller can also make requests to edit an offer. When a seller makes such a request, you will see a notification next to the Requests tab. As with offers, change requests will stay under the requests tab until the merchandiser chooses an action for the request.
These actions and the tab which they can be found under are detailed in the table below. The actions and statuses apply only to active offers.
