Adding and Editing Offers

Adding New Offers:

To add a new offer, click the green +Add New Offer button in the top left of the Offer Deck screen. 
Enter the client for which you would like to add the offer. (Click here for instructions on adding clients.)

When adding a new offer for a client, be sure to check the box to Notify client via email if you would like them to be notified that you added their offer. 

Select the commodity you would like to add an offer for and choose the contract type for that commodity.
The contract types available from the Types drop down are Cash, Basis, and HTA (Futures Only.) 

Indicate the location or terminal that this offer will be filled at. (Click here for instructions on adding locations.)

Enter the bushel amount, delivery dates, and price fields. 
For Basis and Futures contracts, you will be asked to also enter the Basis or Futures Month. 

Enter an expiration date for this offer. This is the date on which this offer will become Inactive. (Click here for an explanation of Offer Statuses.) 

A Reference ID (such as a contract number) or other identifying details can be added to the Reference or Notes fields. 

Editing and Canceling Offers

To edit an offer that the merchandiser entered, click View next to the offer you would like to change.

After clicking view, the offer will expand to the view below.

You can choose to Accept (Fill), Edit, Cancel, or Print offers.
Choosing to Edit an offer gives you the options to change Location, Bushel Amount, Delivery Date, Price, and Expiration Date.
